Wow, I posted the OP in November 2017. Issue is finally fixed. Was the Fuel Leak Detection Pump. $20 and 5 minutes to swap out. Lol!

So where is this located?....got any pics or link to the part and it really only took 5 minutes?

So yes, only took 5 minutes. Unclip electrical, and detach the 1 hose attached to it. Twist clockwise If I remember correctly.

When you go to twist it off, it won't budge as there is a stop in place. You need to get a finger behind the bottom of it and press on the black push clip to get it to clear a protruding stop. It's tight to get your finger in there, but there is enough room. Kinda hard to explain, but when you get the new one, you will see exactly what I am talking about.

So, I had the old one still. Here is that clip I was talking about that you need to press to get it to clear the stop to twist it off.
