Gas tank

I have a 1983 d150,slant six.i need a gas tank and filler neck.what other yrs has the same set up.if there are none that will interchangeable.any suggestions Thanks for any suggestions.

Theres a year change in there somewhere. An 89-93 tank won't fit the frame cross member on my 78.

The fuel sender style changes for 89, when they added the fuel pump. Diesels won't have a fuel pump though.

A short bed truck may have trouble fitting a long bed tank. Not 100% sure tho.
