Hey there friend. Just looked at the page you linked us to. I have never seen this air filter:"CAB FRESH" INTERIOR AIR FILTER KIT ('10-'12)". Could you please elaborate with more detailed instruction about this item, how it works and how to install it. Thanks!!!

The Cab Fresh interior filter is a charcoal activated filter that is placed over the underhood air intake. It is installed using self-tapping screws that go into the factory plastic air intake. It's a pretty easy and straightforward installation.

It is designed to reduce diesel soot and dirt from getting in the interior, but does not remove any toxic fumes.
