I got a 95 short box Ram. Done the Hughes Plenum kit and the tranny has a fresh rebuild. Just want some ideas to get a little more power out of it! Gonna put a muffler on it. Appreciate any input guys

If you're looking for a kit, FFDynamics has an awesome kit with probably the best fans you're going to find. Price is great compared to others but the downside IMO is that it doesn't have a shroud. Another kit that is often used is one offered by TCP, but it very pricey even though it has a shroud. Fan quality is average in the TCP kit.

If you don't mind fabbing something up you can make your own setup. Just grab 2 high cfm/low amp drawing 16" fans with a good quality relay kit and you're good to go. There's also another setup using a recall replacement e-fan from a Grand Cherokee. Its 19" and moves a lot of air. You can utilize the factory shroud in that setup and seal the gap between the edges of the fan and shroud to cover the whole radiator.

The best setup would be the FFDynamics kit and a home-fabbed shroud, but the FFD kit alone would be perfectly fine. Here's the link: Fan Kit

In my humble opinion exhaust is the easiest way to MoPowar. QUALITY shorties, quality high flow cat, quality cat-back. note the key term in all of this is quality. You pay for what you get in exhaust parts. Back-pressure is a necessary part of an exhaust system, so quality counts. Open headers and a low restriction system will sound awesome, but produce less hp then a well engineered system. Just saying.
