Why, because they initially went as the sale was written, then made an exception to make an unhappy customer happy again? You’re right, they’re the devil. Nail them to the cross.

I’d cancel the order. That’s the only way they’ll learn. Plus, your future issues with them will be done. I give the person I’m dealing with a chance to un-fudge the issue then bail or talk to the HMFIC.
