Hard start as in battery seems dead

Having issues like dead battery but it tests fine and alternator tests fine anyone having issues like this

The best test for a battery is to swap it with a known good and see what happens.
Slow turning starter is either a weak battery or corroded cables eithe on the battery poles or starter motor making bad contact.
