Has anyone had problems with Oedro mats not installing right?

Bought some Oedro mats for 12-18 rams and the holes don’t line up to the carpet hooks for my 2012 ram. Has anyone else had this issue? I’d hate for dirt/water get in the holes and onto my carpet.

Are the carpet hooks in different spots for pre 2013 trucks?

I have a set on my 2015 and the mount hole's fit fine! They do take a second to line up the holes but so did my OEM mats ! If the holes are off on yours maybe they sent the wrong model mats !

Make sure the gas pedal doesnt get stuck under mat when pushed all the way to the floor! I hope they redesigned them. If you have adjustable pedal lower it all the way and push pedal all the way in, if it gets stuck under mat you have to cut some material away.
I didnt have any issues with the holes lining up.

I emailed them and they said “the data shows they should fit”.

I have a set in my 2016. Fit perfect. Love em. Glad I went with these over weathetrtech and husky. Saved a ton of money.

My guess the wrong ones were packed ! How far odd are the holes compared to the OEM ? Take picks on OEM and measurements and ask for a return/exchange

If you have a regular cab, they might not fit. I asked Oedro if they had any for a regular cab, and they said the front from a Crew Cab or extended cab will not fit.

Pretty far off. My drivers side mat has two holes on the sides near the seat bolts but my carpet has one hook near the left seat bolt.

I just noticed that your RAM is a 09 ! And the Mats you have are for a 2012 + 4th Gen !
I wonder if there was a cab difference between a 2009 and 2012 ?
The 2009 is 4th gen right ???
Dumb question but
Could 1 of your mounting tabs be missing ?

Ooops I saw to 2009 in your avatar ! :O Then if the holes do not line up someone put the wrong mats in the box. I would ask to return them and ship out another set! They should send you a Return # so you can ship no charge to you ! Once you do get the right ones you will like them ! FYI after you get the set leave out in the Hot Sun for a hour or so, help's smooth out any shipping wrinkles if you have any
