Head light issues Can anyone help

Can anyone help please
I am having a headlight issue
While my truck is off, I turn on the head lights and work fine. Once I turn on my truck and turn on head lights they start flickering and don’t stay on solid.
I would appreciate your help Or any recommendations thanks.

First thing is to have your alternator thoroughly checked. Second, after that, check all your ground connections because the shaking of the engine, for example, or some other related issue could crop up when a wire is loose or the connection points are corroded (take all off, sand the connections and reassemble). Lastly, load test your battery and thoroughly clean the posts and wires where they connect. Those are the three, fairly cheap diagnostic tests that would eliminate the higher odds items.

Are they stock, or did you install the bulbs?
