Help 2016 3500 Dually no reverse

Today I had my truck in neutra, switched from 2wd to 4wd, backed up a slight incline about 3feet, truck stopped. No pop, grinding, shuddered, hopping......nothing. Switched back to drive pulled forward no problem, switch back to reverse dead nothing. Switched outta 4wd and back into 2wd......no reverse, not overheating. Anybody have any ideas??? Please need help.

No codes, no warning lights.....nothing....never seen anything like this with out atleast throwing a code or doing something.

You have to shift into neutral to select 4WD low or both 4WD high and 4WD low ?

Which transmission does your truck have ?

At some point you need to step on the brake pedal to shift into reverse or into a forward gear.

Check your transmission fluid level? Is it missing any other gears when you drive forward? How many miles and when was the fluid changed last?

Fluid is good, just had it serviced last month, 192,808 For miles. Yes, I had it in neutral to shift into and out of 2wd and 4wd with brake depressed. All forward gears run like a champ. 68RFE transmission.

Blew the reverse clutch, need a new transmission.
