2011 5.7 with 153000. Had camshaft and lifters replaced around 118k. Driver side manifold bolt snapped last year, followed by passenger side this year (replaced with JBA shorty headers). Also had a coolant leak a few months back. New water pump installed. Various other, smaller things as well. Driving fine now (knocks wood).

2016 ram 1500 5.7 hemi with 110,000 miles. I see others here encountered the same and only issue I've had with the engine which was replacing the leaking water pump at 102k miles. Still runs and tows my travel trailer great!

2018 3500 Big Horn, 6.4 Hemi, 4.10 rear end, 78,000 miles.

At 70,000 got an error code on the tranny. TCC out of range. Dealer reflashed the PCM with updated programming and issue went away.

No other issues. Love this truck!

2014 2500 6.4 - 48k miles - no engine issues so far but does have tick/tapping at startup that goes away after several minutes. has done this since I bought it new with 0 miles. maxcare lifetime warranty.

third brake light leaked, caught it early and no damage. no other issues whatsoever.

2012 1500 5.7, 92,000 miles. Bought used at 68,000. Has the tick, not fixed yet. Headlight bulbs and harness' replaced.

Only other issue is a 16ft trampoline that flew across my yard and slammed into my truck. $6k insurance claim later and back. Oh, and wife drove home on Christmas eve and side swiped some bushes in relatives driveway, so paint streaks that need buffing. Damn wife and kids are going to destroy my truck. Lol

2015 Ram 2500 5.7, 84,000 miles. No engine problems at all, transmissions however are another story. Really like this truck, pull a 6000lbs travel trailer all over with it. 5.7 has held up great, but for the amount of towing I do the 6.4 would have been a better fit. No I don't want a diesel.
