HID Fog Lights???

Not sure why the one would come on, then go off, or does it just not come on?

Well... Passenger side used to be ok and come on every time but now its dead! The weirdest part is that the driver side now turns on but still need 4 to 5 times before it lights up... TRS will send me two new DSP ballast to replace under warranty. Now before i go crazy with harness and all, i'm wondering if another standalone canbus harness would do the trick for my fog lights since it always worked for the headlights...
