My high beams on my 2014 Ram limited only work when they want to. They will flash on and off and just do whatever they want to. Doesn’t make a difference if auto high beam is on or off. Any ideas?

Try turning off the auto high beam function on your radio. See if it is working manually.

I already did that. They blaimed it on a sticker on the windshield. They charged me a bunch to remove that sticker then as soon as I got it back it did the same thing.

Hey jwndriver14,

Sorry to hear that the team at your dealership was not able to resolve your concern. Have you considered working with a different certified FCA dealer in your area? You can visit https://www.ramtrucks.com/find-dealer.html and enter your ZIP code to find additional dealers near you. If you see any dealerships that have received a Customer First award this means that this dealer has achieved the highest level of customer experience recognition in five core areas: people, facility, processes, customer metrics and training certification. If you ever have any questions or concerns during a service appointment feel free to send us a PM for assistance.
