How to adjust tailgate latch?

Where is the video that is being talked about? I have a 2015 ram I replaced the tailgate on and the driver side latches fine, I have to slam it shut for the passenger side to close. Then it's hard to open I have to push on the passenger side as I pull the handle. Anyone encounter this before?

As a very late update, i took it back to the dealership in September and this time ( 3rd attempt) they got it right.
