Iift kit and torsion bars

We went off road a few nights ago and when we came out of woods the torsion bar came out. It still had the key attached. Adjustment bolt and plate still inside crossmember. For some reason we cannot get it back in to stay in. It is loose. And pops right back out. We have tried doing it to specification to no evail. Can someone help ?!

Torsion bar? Hmmmm.

Need a lot more info…like model of truck, what lift kit etc.
