I purchased the rt. and left side rear door seal strips for my '04 Dodge Ram 1500
SE, part #TSB 23-049-05, but the seals are longer than the old seals and there is an extra portion of seal, narrower, that does not appear to be necessary on my vehicle. The parts store told me that new holes would have to be drilled to install the new seals. Does anyone have step-by-step installation instructions or a video? I am a little nervous about just cutting the seal to fit. Perhaps someone else has encountered this dilemma and can guide and/or reassure me on installing the new bottom front door sweep seals. Thanks
