I was wondering if you guys could help me out with an issue. I had a few instrument cluster issue with the truck, the first one was that sometimes the back lights were flickering and the cluster was replaced under the warranty, the second time one of the light (Reverse Light) was flickering off sometimes, the cluster was replaced a second time. The last time they replaced the cluster a few days after I went into my vehicle and the cluster was dead, luckily I reset the fuse on it and it came back up for me without needing to tow the vehicle. I brought it back to your dealer and they did some tests on it and it all cleared up. Recently I started getting the same issue, when I get into the vehicle the cluster is dead, nothing displayed on it. I have to reset the fuse to get it back, because I can't drive without it.

I did a self-test on the cluster and everything is fine on it.

When driving there are no issues with the cluster either.

It almost seems like there is something disconnecting the cluster that makes it lose connections or something. Do you think there could be another connection somewhere that is causing this issue?

Any thoughts?

Well in fact it turns out that the cluster is actually on warranty parts and labor for 2 years, so I am bringing it in and will let you know.

Brought the truck in the dealer today and they are ordering me a new cluster, will get it in a couple of days, they said it's definitely the cluster that is causing the issue.

They did replace the cluster last week and all seems well at the moment. Apparently these clusters come with a 2 year Mopar warranty on them.
