intermittent instrument panel ding

I have a intermittent instrument panel ding, no waring lights that i haven flash or any codes when i checked. Any one else having this problem or know what is causing the problem????

No idea what it is, but I have heard a odd "ding" or "chime" a few times. don't know what it is either.

Could be an ignition switch on its way out or a chafed wire somewhere
