No the panhard bar is on the truck because of the lift. I never got around to installing the control arms.

I don't think skid plates would be a problem, but if the exhaust pipe crosses under the trans pan it would have to be rerouted.

The 45/55/66/68rfe trans have the same bolt pattern so the pan will work on all of them.
