Jump Seat disassembly

I’m trying to figure out how to disassemble the jump seat on my 2012 1500 to run a usb. There’s a blank cover there now and no hidden wiring that I’ve been able to find. Feel like I’ve looked all over but quite possibly in all the wrong places.

How would I disassemble the plastic from the fabric/foam to route the wiring?
