Led lights outs

Hello I have aftermarket led lights on my 2016 and they were out then they were flickering on and off. The blinker was working then it stopped then it worked again now they are out. And here's a pic of what it looks like now. Is it the wiring harness seemed melted a little when I exchanged bulb please help.

Start with the wiring harness now they're out but you see like one yellow dot lit up smh
