You need to regear if you have 37s ... In other posts not only I but others have mentioned that you will not like your truck with 37s if you don't regear after a while of driving it ...

Oh and pictures of the 8" lift or it didn't happen ...

Between the elevation, the 6-speed, and my particular driving needs, regear with the 37s was a must, even with 35s it was borderline. I had 4.10 and regeared to 5.13. sounds low, but with 35s and 4.10 I was doing over 80mph in second gear.
I tried the headers, exhaust and tune but it wasn't quite enough at 7000ft and above.
I'm 2300 rpm at 80mph in 6th gear. 5.13 and 35s was probably my favorite but it's a lifted wagon so 37s are a great fit.
The regear improved mpg also but we live in lot of hills and 80mph to 0 and back to 80mph. 37s we're a light negative hit on the mileage but nothing like the 3000 stall TC. That **** hurt.
The 5.13 is AAM, Usually they say 500mile break in but the tech who installed told me it's cool to go like ya stole it. I did the the break in period except for the times I had to go wot. There's zero whine with the AAM.
In 4-low shes creeping death. It takes a more than 8 out of 10 to turn her around.
$2700 for gears and labor in 2018/2019, Front Range, CO.
Now if I could only get an EV Wagon. (Not)
All this chatter has me thinking it's time to go drive.
Good luck with it.

Are you currently lifted with 37s? What is your stock gearing? 8 speed trans? 4.56 gears would be optimal with 37s on the 8 speed due to the extremely low first gear. I have 35s and 3:92. Wish I had 4:10 but it’s to close to justify a regear. Honestly the 3:92 pushes my 35s just fine annd launches pretty well too for such a heavy vehicle. Any tune worthwhile is going to be custom so talk to some tuners about what you have in mind. Shift points are self adjusted when you reprogram the computer for the new tire size. I have hemifever but have plans to swap to frp due to cam preference. That entails me switching from Diablo to hp tuners because frp prefers hp tuners.

Yes currently with 37's was running 35's no problem until blow out, lol. Have 3:92 gears and seems to be doing good. Have less than 500 on new 37's, the blow out with the 35's speeded up process before I was fully ready. Did not want to wait another 45-50k miles on new 35 before making jump. Now looking for regearing in FORT WORTH area.

I want to add the 3" body lift on mine at some point, but the mounting brackets for the power steps I have prevent it from closing .... I am going to have to notch them and then weld on some reinforcement brackets and I like to stick it in the garage so right now with the 7" maxtrac it fits in the garage no problems even with the 37s lol ..

ok its been a bit. The daystar kit I bought back in NOV 22 was daystar 4 inch tact. it was a 2 inch body lift with a 2 inch front leveling kit ( spacers and bolt extensions) I only put on the body lift. So far no problems, except the crush blocks (for the bed of the truck) fall off so I am going to get more and weld them into place.

However, I thought before I do that, I wonder IF I put on the front leveling kit (2 inch) and get either spacers for back or shackles or another leaf springs for back to get the 2 inches, what concerns would one have. Would like to hear from someone who has done that or know someone who did.

Either way I will be welding new crush blocks but it this is possible (safely) I will wait till I do the work.

FYI, running 37's AT (had to do some trimming on rubber of back part of front fender wheel) with no rubbing. Still no tune yet still trying to find best option.

Thanks all!
