Lifted ground effects

I know it's an oxymoron to have ground effects on your lifted truck. But what do I do with them? I have a 2004 RAM HEMI SPORT and it drives me nuts because it's too close to the ground. I want to put a 6" lift and some 35's on it, but my husband is insisting it will look ugly because of the Sport option ground effects. Any suggestions?????

There is a guy at my work with a Daytona ram with a 6" lift and 35s I think it looks hot, ill try to get some pics of it this week if I can, I switched to days and he works nights so not sure if ill see it.

I'm not wild about the topper either. But it's functional for transporting bikes.

I think it will come out great. I have a Topper or a Cap to and some times it a pain in the butt and other times it great. I have slept in it many of nights camping.

I ordered my kit and tires today, she'll be all done in a week! I've gone back and forth about the topper, but the truth is, there's far more rainy days than nott in Seatle and it just makes sense

Yeah! Oh Seattle, yeah best to keep it on lol. Good thing tho is that you can always take it off, I plan on taking mine off for a bit when I move back go TX. I got a nice e-series foldable tonneau for $50
