Limited slip diffrential

I'm looking for information on installing a limited slip diff in my 03 Ram 1500 SLT. I'm pretty sure I don't already have one. What size do we use in these trucks?

9.25" corporate rear. Any number of better quality aftermarket units you can put in it.
