Has anyone experienced an issue with the volume not going very loud?
I've had a 2018 Power Wagon for nearly a year and a half but, just recently had it replaced due to an accident at the dealership (long story). Anyway, I have been listening to the radio/satellite/blue tooth all at about the same volume (at about 20) and today I can barely hear the audio at that same level through all sources. I turn it all the way up to 38 and it's not even as loud as it has been at level 24. Phone calls have the same issue. However, when you hear the audible button response or the tones produced from using the touch screen they are quite loud, relative to what the volume is set at. The last thing I need is to take my NEW Power Wagon into the dealership. Any insight would be appreciated.
