Mds issues

I've installed a lighshow when the mds is activated on my 06' hemi. I've noticed that it won't won't stay on over 60mph even on flat roads. I recently changed the oil with the correct oil weight, tires are at operating pressure. Anyone have any experiences with thi.thanks.s

Mds isnt supposed to stay on all the time. Only when using light throttle or coasting.

I do realize that and thanks for the reply, but it won't work past 60 and my charger will stay engaged at nearly 80?

Trucks are heavier, and have more wind drag. Mine doesnt kick on on the highway usually unless I'm coasting, or on a down grade.

Thanks, so it would be fair to say that 60 is about the best it will do. I've just read that others were getting getting higher speeds.

Both my parents kick in a lot during 70-75 but that could also be different elevations depending on where you are at

On your year it will not do more than 60 on 4th gens it will do higher speeds if possible I think up to 70 or 75 mph.

Do any of yall actually see an improvement in MPG with that stuff? I know the R/T charger we had had that system in it and didnt seem to help MPGs. Hell the SRT-8 gets better MPG's then the R/T did.

its not on enough for those that commute short trips less than 10 and above the speed to have a difference
