Mechanical noise inside the dash

Hey guys
Ever since I purchased my 2017 ram 1500 hemi, I hear this mechanical/electronic sound coming from the dash possibly behind the uconnect 8.4. It sort of sounds like a flap opening or some arm actuator moving. It occurs about 10min after enter the but no key in the ignition. Sometimes I hear it after I shut the engine off but just still sitting inside the cabin. Almost sounds like the front air shutter?

It’s the actuator for the fresh air / recirculate damper closing. It defaults to closed position when the truck is off.

Ah make sense. Not sure why it would flap open and close when the car is off and locked.

Most newer vehicles will cycle the recirculating mode door to the closed position when the ignition is turned off.
