Memory Seat issue

I have a weird thing going on with my memory seats. I can set profiles for both 1 and 2 switches (as verified by the EVIC). But, when I try to use them, nothing works. Pretty sure the buttons are working because the EVIC recognizes the setting of the profiles, and will also warn me if I try to use them when not in park. Anyone run it to this before ?? This has been working fine for 2 years.

Without turning the engine on, make them go all the way forward, then back, then forward again, then back again. Close the door, then get in and start it up. See if they move then.
