Amazing tire. actual truck load range, quiet on the road, great traction in mud, snow and ice. I've owned several or the previous iteration of the AT and this tire is even better

My factory Goodyear HPs were absolute trash. only thing they did well was help fuel economy and be quiet on the road. The BFGs actually make the truck ride nice and don't poke as much when there is weight on them.

are the early adopters still liking this KO2? looking for things like getting noisier over time or poor wear. im looking at these as possible replacements for the GY SRA's. i drive city/highway paved roads probably 99% of the time. i probably dont need AT tires, but these also have the benefit of being a D load rating (someone said E earlier in this thread, but tirerack shows the stock size being D) and i tow a car a couple times a year so that would be helpful. snow traction im sure is better than a regular all season, not that it snows much in KC...

The old KO is E rated for 285/65R20 not sure on new one. I would also like to hear of those things.

I have about 4000 miles on these tires. And they have been rough miles. Lots of dirt roads, construction sites, full bed loads, ice and snow. They have performed flawlessly and look brand new. Ive taken them on 400 mile roundtrip highway runs and you can even hear them. Clawing through deep snow and climbing icy hills is taken in stride. They do like to hold a rock or too and shoot it out later while cruising down the road, but its nothing too detrimental. They seem to be wearing nice and even and I have yet to align or rotate them from original mounting. I am very pleased with the tire and they are miles better in all conditions then the factory GY Wrangler HPs. Only downside, fuel economy dropped slightly. Im guessing .5 mpg. I will gladly take it though.

The KO/2 is definately a D load rating in the stock size. this spring (March 1st according to BFG) they are making larger sizes available in E-load rating. I am debating on getting them myself. Tread wear is a big factor for me

BFG is releasing other popular sizes in the KO2 starting Mar 1 but they're available on TireRack already.

265/70/17
285/70/17

Given how much more those other sizes weigh and trivial price differences, I'm inclined to stick with the stock 275/60/20 size. The 285/70/17 actually costs (and weighs) more than the 275/60/20.

Of course 17's will weigh more than 20's. There's more rubber. Not to mention E's will generally weigh more than D's.
