@JB1 did you remove your spare tire hoist too?

Yes I did while I had 37's., it's only (2) 13mm bolts and the heat shield is (3) 10mm bolts. However I just reinstalled the spare this morning because I'll be doing some traveling this summer.

I removed mine today for an after winter cleaning and it would rattle at the full retracted position so I figured I’d ask. Thank you.

It’s nice not having it under the truck, but I need all my bed space for hauling things on my 1300 mile trip in 3 weeks so back it went

That’s another reason I bought my “Pap Cap” main reason to put the dogs back there but the space is incredible. I’m heading to Vermont soon so I will need to reinstall mine. I researching bedlining the underside right now

^^looks great

I have (6) Rigid high power, one in each fender well, one up front and one rear, then I have (4) magnetic rock lights on each frame rail so a total of 14. Mine are not RGB, the changing colors look cool but I just wanted bright white.

Ah ok was gonna say yours look super bright in the middle so that makes sense. Do you have a thread on your install? Would love to see how you hid and ran all the wires. Mine was an 8pack so only 1 per frame rail.

Thanks, I just slid underneath and wired it up. I’ve done a lot of wiring so it’s no big deal.

JB No more fender flares?

No I took them off, I still have them and think about putting them back on some day especially with these wider tires/wheels.

The truck looks great! Those are my next set of wheels, I'm glad you took those great pics. Which black lug nuts did you go with?

During SEMA last year, Fuel introduced their new upcoming wheels for 2019 and I saw a wheel I just had to have. The wheels are Fuel Tech D670, 20x10 with -18mm offset Matte Black. They have exposed lugs (no dual patten with extra holes) and the hub bore is 78mm so they are hubcentric. I decided to go with 325/60R20’s Nitto Ridge Grappler tires.

Here’s a few pics

Nice lookin truck sir.....I myself tossed and turned about what size, type, look, and price I was willing to go with seeing I don't 4 wheel with my truck but it does a lot of highway, and heavy hauling, I use it for everything including moving people. One other thing I forgot to mention I live in new England and the weather sucks at times, SO! after all this researching I finaly decided on a tire most people had never heard of, they are called KANATI and have been around for years used on all large sized trucks and quads a couple of years ago they took on the pickup truck world, I've had them on my truck a year and a half and they still look and ride like new, I would concider that quite a buy seeing they cost me $990.00 dollars and are 37x13, I paid $1800.00 dollars for a set of 33x12 BF Goodrich and they wore out in a flash, these are mudders and they just keep going.20180617_115548_001.jpg IMG_20190701_134230.jpg
