I can almost guarantee you that for $499.00, it's a dealer added appearance package only. By that I mean $499.00 stickers...

Guess I'll find out tomorrow (Monday), but I've seen pictures of the truck on the dealerships site, no decals anywhere to be seen...

I'm about to call ********... even Google has nothing on a RAM scat pack. Unless it's some local/regional dealer package. And like above, $499 would get you a decal or two at the dealer at best.
