Hello! I'm new to the Ram family. I recently purchased a new 1500 Express with the 5.7 hemi with only 61000 miles. With in hours of purchasing the vehicle I began to experience an odd electrical issue. The dealership is currently on 3 days of repair with no real answers other that possibly the TIPM, but they want to see the issue before saying for sure. I want to make sure I didn't purchase a money pit. I'm attaching a video and wonder if other have experienced similar issues? https://youtube.com/shorts/ebNt6HdoeL4?si=C5At4EFgt0qgfSQp
Also, including a couple pics I got before I took it back.

Thats a interestng one lol never seen that before. Possibly a ground/wiring issue hell maybe even the igniton switch I have seen those do all kinds of funky things when they fail.

First thing that comes to mind is it is a flood vehicle. Wont necessarily show on any report. Look around under the dash and look for rust, that is a sure sign.

Second, and only because a friend had a weird thing somewhat like that happen to them, their clockspring broke but in a way that pieces were touching in funky ways, can't describe it any better. Last, agree with above, maybe a bad ground somewhere or the ignition switch is screwed up.

Sorry man, good luck.
