No pwr obd

Have an 03 ram with 318. ABS, BRAKE and AIR BAG lights on. No speedo and no radio, and no power to my obd connector. Have power to cigarette lighter and all fuses test ok in underhood relay center. Truck runs and drives good. Grounds under hood all seem clean and tight. Any ideas greatly appreciated

A bad clock spring can cause issues like this, but the bad speedo could be that the cluster is dead.

My rpm and speed niddled use to go crazy every now and then then I swapped the cluster it self, mines a 2004, ur 2003 might have the same speedo as mine if u change it make sure u switch that black looking box on the back of it, that saves ur kms and such
