I have a 2012 ram with the 5.7 I was kept getting the code , I changed oil filters and that fixed it for a while. Today it came back I checked the oil pressure with a gauge.
At idle warm it’s about 25 psi
At 1500 rpm it’s around 60psi
At 2000 rpm it’s 70ish psi
I’m at a list for what it could be at this point
I have done the mds delete and a hellcat oil pump and lifters.
I don’t hear and noises out of the usual, my truck is straight piped so if there was a subtle noise idk if I’d hear it

The Hellcat pump has been known to give an oil pressure code on a 5.7 or 6.4. Hunt through Reignited Cycles video's he has a couple of fixes, one being to swap your original bypass spring into the new pump, but if the pumps installed that's probably not feasable,so you might have to try his 2 resistor trick, one other option a few guys have said they've had success with is to swap the hellcat oil pressure sensor in.

You will have to double check this info :

Some owners are mentioning that the 899 oil filter uses the same gasket as the ones that were installed on the 2015 & newer 5.7L HEMI.
The cannister itself on the 899 is about 5/8ths inch larger

found on LX forum & others

MO-899 will also work on 5.7L although after 2014 the factory appears to be installing the smaller MO-339 filter on the 5.7L, the MO-899 still the factory filter on 6.4L and Hellcat. So you can use the 899 or if you go to the dealer they will probably give you the 339.
