Just finished lowering my Ram and also installed a adjustable Panhard bar in the process. I believe you just adjust this with the truck on the ground untill the rear end is centered to the body right? Sorry for the stupid question, that aint my thing.

I left mine slightly off center to the passenger side to compensate for when I load the truck down with gear and my trailer.

But yeah just center it as best as you can. I made the adjustments on jack stands to make it easier to turn the adjustment nut but I bet you could do it with weight on it too.

Your truck looks great by the way!

Yes, measure with tires on the ground with her full weight on them.
I use the edge of the tires past the fender to measure.

I have 1 3/4 driver rear, 1 5/8 on the passenger.

I do the same as Ram1500 does above, then I get the wife to drive it ,while I follow it just to make sure the truck is tracking straight.

If it to much to one side will it drive crooked?

It'll do what's commonly referred to as "dog tracking". Following it will also let you watch how sits while going down the road, and whether the height differences you've measured are as obvious as the tape measure makes them out to be,lol.
