Problems with underground lighting HID

Just got the plug and play kit for 2017 w/ factory projectors today and got right to work installing. My problem is they don’t light up. I’ve swapped both ballasts, both HID’s and both of the wire connection inside the dust cover. Not even a flicker.

Any idea what’s going on? Going to be swapping my stock halogen back in for the time being I guess

Just to update, user error. I unplugged the lights without the truck being locked. When unplugging and plugging the truck needs to be locked for whatever reason, with the doors closed. They work now!
