Radio not working and no communication from OBD2 port

i have a 2022 ram 2500 6.7 has 68k miles

The problem
- 12 uconnect does not power on but ac controls are working
- front usb plugs dont work
- OB2 wont communicate with scanner

Diagnostic attempts
- all fuses checked and the inline under fuse box for the radio

- dealer tried connecting their scanner but truck wont communicate with scanner

- disconnected battery for 30 minutes no luck

- dealer suspects gateway module might be bad ( tried a gateway bypass but did nothing)

Dealer ordered a new gateway module 3 weeks ago getting annoyed with how long it is taking
