Can someone explain on how to contact Ram Chat. I am trying to find info on a new build

Click on that link and then click on "chat"...fair warning that their updates are pretty vague and they don't like giving out status codes. I got much better information from my dealer (including status codes), but of course that requires having a good dealer with good communication.

Also if you want to track things a little on your own, copy paste your vin number here for the buildsheet:

The build sheet should come up once the truck is either on the production line or has completed it, and the window sticker shows up once any accessory install from the outside vendor is completed, and the truck is waiting to be shipped.

RAM chat is a bout as useful as teats on a boar hog when it comes to helping me with my delivery issues.
