Random lights flashing when not running?

I have a 2014 that has just recently started having the lights flashing when not running. It’s like when you hit the remote to lock or unlock the doors. The lights flash and there’s a couple little clicks. Horn does not sound though. And today I found my drivers seat all the way down to the floor and had to adjust it back to where I normally have it. I rarely adjust it.

Guessing some type of electrical issue, but has anyone dealt with this?
I obviously have No warranty so wondering to take it to dealership or one of our mechanics in town we use?
