Looking for some help. I had a 2014 express with the 2.5" RC leveling kit in it (2.5 front 1.75 back). Ran 35x12.5 R18 BFG KO2s with zero issues. Just bought a 2016 big horn and re-bought the same exact leveling kit (sold the express with the level in it).... Took the 35s that were on the express and put them on the big horn after installing the RC level and now they rub the fender liners when the wheel is turned all the way. I never had that issue with the express. Anyone know why that is, or what I could do to fix this? Would a 1.5" body lift help this?

Same wheel? Or just the tires?

Same exact wheels and tires, off the express and right onto the big horn

It's possible that the express sat higher stock than your new truck. And with that additional factory height with the rcx kit you were able to clear 35s. A 1.5" body lift will definitely allow you to clear your 35s. Rams seem to have multiple heights from the factory (excluding trx) even the 2500s have 2 different heights (not including power wagon)
