rear traffic cam install?

I'm considering a front and rear traffic cam setup. The front camera placement seems easy, but the rear is much more difficult. Any ideas on how to mount a camera without destroying the head liner, and without getting in the way of the sliding rear window?

not the backup cam... a traffic cam. Like a dash cam, but for the back
