Remove/Reinstall Tow Hooks (2010 2500)

I need to remove my tow hooks to install a light-bar bracket, then reinstall.

Does anyone have a how-to on how this is accomplished? I figured I'd ask before I just start turning bolts. Thanks all.

It usually includes removing the bumper.

Go to the blue ox towing website, find the baseplates for flat towing your truck, and download the instructions.

The recovery hooks are removed to install the towing baseplates.
