Replace power steering hose, how hard?

May seem like a dumb question, but how hard is it to replace the power steering hoses? I remembered when I bought my truck it had a slight sleek, and recently when doing some turns I can hear the lovely noise that the power steering fluid is low, so it dawned on me about the little leak. I figured I should replace hose when doing the power steering fluid.

So how hard is it? Any specific steps you guys can recommend?
