Screen went mostly dark - help!!

Started my truck today and most of the screen is black? I have the top and bottom task bar, but everything in the middle is dark. None of the controls on the bar work (home, music etc). Turning off the screen works and i get the time display. I let my truck sit for an hour hoping some magic would happen. Nope. Anyone have any idea what is going on? Thanks

Not sure what is going on, but try resetting it - press and hold both the buttons on the volume and tuning knobs simultaneously for about 10 seconds or so. Do this with the truck on. Might not fix it, but it is easy to try.

When you do that, does it delete all your presets and return all your settings to default?

Nosir. This is just a reset. There should be a factory reset option in the settings menu, but I don't remember where, exactly off the top of my head.
