I have an '07, 1500, 4.7, 4x4, with 207,000 miles. When I'm driving over 60 mph and turn left (changing lanes or just following the road and it goes left) I feel a strong vibration in the seat and steering wheel that feels like it is coming from the right side. The tires appear to be fine (no uneven wear, broken belts, etc.) and the shocks seem fine as well.
I jacked up the truck this morning and noticed significant play on the driver's side. It seems like it's coming from the hub, but I'd like to get other opinions before I start buying parts.
Here's a link to the video showing the play.

If its up and down as well then wheel bearing but if its just left and right then most likely tie rod ends. Could be drag link but if it was the drag link then it would shake on both sides.
