Hello I am new to the forum I have a 2021 Ram 2500 Bighorn with the 6.4L Hemi today I had the service shifter come up the lights on the shifter and 4x4 controls went out and now it is stuck in park and can't get the truck in gear I'm stranded 85 miles from home l. Has anyone else had this issue? And what did you do to fix the issue

My only thoughts are to disconnect battery for a few minutes

Clean battery terminals , load test battery .
