I just purchased ICI Magnum RT Steps and installed today.

There were several scratches and chips in both the drivers and passenger side.

Price was 314.00 delivered from realtruck.com.

The directions were terrible and virtually worthless unless you find yourself without toilet paper. It took about 2 hours of tooling around to complete

Did you call them? I wouldn't have even installed them..... Mine came in perfect condition packages very well. I will agree the directions are not great.

Off subject, but I have the same color truck and have to ask; where did you get and what kind of paint did you paint the lettering with on your tires? That really looks great; I'd love to do the same- Chrisuploadfromtaptalk1461664645508.jpg

Thank you sir. I got these tires from Sears online for $260 each there's a really good deal. They have the red lettering on one side and black lettering on the other. There in 35x 12.50r17. Good-looking truck by the way.

Do you have a leveling kit on your truck? I love the look of those side steps. Really want to get some but afraid they will sit too close to the ground without any kind of lift

They probably will unless you stay on pavement, they drop down quite a bit.. Ive considered taking mine off a few times to go off road, but it's too much of a headache to take off/put on, that Id rather them just break off.

Picked mine up directly from ICI for $250ish shipped. They requested pictures in return.

2 hours?!?! That seems a bit ridiculous. I did my N-Fab in like 3 minutes, instructions were not even really needed. I would contact them about the defects. My N-Fab came from Real Truck and they originally sent me the wrong style and there customer service was pretty good considering they were mediating between N-Fab and myself.
