Do you have a lock for your Factory Spare Tire?

Recently I have seen a lot of new RAM's coming with one installed. It appears to be some sort of cable lock.

I looked on line and I don't see much in the way of spare tire locks for pickup trucks.

If I want a spare tire lock, where can I buy one (other than maybe the RAM Dealer)?

Thanks in Advance.

I have the factory spare tire lock. The one that goes in the winch access tube and looks like a mini wheel lock. It's just a deterrent as if someone really wants your spare, a cut off wheel will have it off the truck in seconds.
I just have the plain factory cast wheels but I have wheel locks and the spare tire lock to prevent someone from using one of my wheels as a spare for their flat tire. There is a few million of these truck that all use the same bolt pattern.

Hadn't thought about the spare. Already have gorilla locks on the 4 factory mags. Thanks for the tip!

Found one on ebay for $35. It appears to replace the entire tube assembly from the bumper to the wheel winch. Probably keep the honest people out. LOL

I have this too. I think McGard makes it.

I picked an OEM one off of ebay this morning for mine. I see enough trucks running around with missing spare tires and a hanging cable that I at least want to make them work for it. Maybe cause a little pain if the tire lands on them while using the cutoff wheel.
