nope, just the 16 plugs, it's very straightforward.
remove the coil packs and then do the plugs.

And make sure you have swivel or 2 and various length extensions... The back ones are almost impossible without a swivel.

And a little dielectric grease if you're likely to leave them in for long duration, just makes pulling boots easier in the future.

Also be prepared to get very intimate with your engine bay
A foam pad for your knees and one for your stomach/ribs goes a long way

Remove the coil packs. And spray some brake cleaner down the cavity before removing the plugs. Than take a rag to partially cover the cavity and use compressed air to blow all the crap out of there. Then remove the plugs and carry on. It always seems that crud ends up down there and you definitely don't want any falling into your engine.

A question for anyone who knows the technical info on the 5.7, what cylinders are shut off when the MDS is active?
For anyone who does a lot of highway driving where MDS is active a majority of the time, those 4 cyclinder spark plugs are going to wear faster than the others.
I know, just curious and thought I would throw it out there.

I don't think I've ever seen my MDS activate on the highway. @ 75 MPH fuel saving is almost non existent lol
