Stock power mirrors to towing mirrors?

I have a 2014 ram 2500 hemi. It has regular power mirrors and i would like Cheney to tow mirrors. Would it be an easy swap out or is there more to it?

I believe so long as you aren't going to power folding mirrors it is plug and play.

You'll want to get the reinforcement brackets and rivnuts to support the tow mirrors, but like SKB said, if you're going power mirrors to power tow mirrors (or power folding to power folding), it's plug and play. If you're going power mirrors to power folding, there's some additional parts you'll need.

If you're looking at used mirrors, make sure the mirrors are from 2013+ Earlier years, 2009 - 2012, didn't have the outside temp sensor in them

It's an easy swap when if they have more features. It'll just cost more to have the modules for the features

He did not install a brace, but because of the weight of the mirror, i would think that he may reconsider doing it
