SUN VISOR

Hi,
I have a 2017 Ram Big Horn, issue is the visor is so hard to remove from its locking position and once removed its so stiff it take 2 hands and more muscle than you would think to move.
I thought maybe it needs a little grease, but it appears ( difficult to see ) that its bolted in .

Any help or ideas are appreciated.
